全自動(dòng)CZ檁條生產(chǎn)設(shè)備主要由被動(dòng)裝料架、調(diào)平裝置、沖孔裝置、成型后切割裝置、液壓泵站、電腦控制系統(tǒng)等組成。

本機(jī)為全自動(dòng)快換機(jī)。它可以產(chǎn)生C和Z兩種輪廓。它可以快速改變尺寸和輪廓，可在3分鐘內(nèi)改變檁條規(guī)格。任何尺寸的檁條都可以在不更換切割模具的情況下制成。只需要在PLC控制面板上輸入檁條的參數(shù)，切割模具就會(huì)根據(jù)檁條的尺寸改變。CZ型互換機(jī)比單機(jī)更經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用。它也可以節(jié)省更多的空間。

This machine is automatic quick change machine. It can produce two profiles, C and Z.  It can quickly change the size and profile, and change the purlin specification in 3 minutes. Purlins of any size can be made without changing the cutting die. Only need to enter the purlin parameters on the PLC control panel, the cutting mold will change according to the purlin size. The CZ interchanger is more economical and practical than a single machine. It can also save more space.
